Note:

• Withdrawal from the Minor programme should be made known to the Department in writing.
• It is the responsibility of students pursuing minor programmes to ensure that they take the relevant modules to fulfill the respective requirements.
• Students who are not offered direct admission to the Minor in Real Estate may apply for it no later than during their 4th semester of study. All applications are to be in EDUREC. An email blast from Registrar’s Office will be sent to all undergraduates around March/April and October/November informing of the application period to be opened in EDUREC. Please note that the programme is highly competitive and meeting the minimum application requirements does not guarantee an offer of admission.
