Real estate is an integral part of urban development and cityscape. In a rapidly urbanized world, real estate investment and real estate finance are increasingly crucial for the ownership, sustainable development and usage of valuable real estate resources.

The 2nd Major in Real Estate Finance is open to NUS students (from Cohort 2019/2020 onwards) except students pursuing the BSc (Real Estate) degree.

Please be informed that RE1702, RE1703, RE1704, RE1705 and RE2706 have been discontinued. Students who have not completed them for the programme’s requirements are to read their replacement courses.

Application for 2nd Major in Real Estate Finance is through EduRec. An email will be sent out by Registrars Office for the application cycle for each semester as specified below:

  • Students who are not offered direct admission to the Major in Real Estate Finance may apply for it no later than during their 4th semester of study. All applications are to be in EDUREC. An email blast from Registrar’s Office will be sent to all undergraduates around March/April and October/November informing of the application period to be opened in EDUREC. Please note that the programme is highly competitive and meeting the minimum application requirements does not guarantee an offer of admission.
