This course is designed for third-year undergraduates to examine country-specific issues in socioeconomic, demographic and political dimensions underlying the real estate processes. Students will attend lectures and seminars in both NUS and partner universities in the country of discussion. Site visits to projects and organisations are integral part of the course. Students will work on a project for in-depth study of selected aspects of the real estate industry in the country. The students are required to keep personal journals to log their learning experiences during the field trip.
