Yes. A BBA (Real Estate major) student can take up any other major within (or outside) of NUS Business School.

No. Students from outside Business School can only take up 2nd Major / Minor in Management, or a minor in Entrepreneurship.

Students may enrich their curriculum by applying for the NUS College (NUSC), Student Exchange Program (SEP) and NUS Overseas Colleges (NOC), thus spending up to 1.5 years abroad whilst still fulfilling University study requirements.

The School hopes to inspire and encourage more students to accumulate valuable work-related experiences prior to graduation by formalising internships as part of the undergraduate curriculum. Under the revised curriculum, students may earn up to 12 modular credits (equivalent to three modules) through an internship experience.

It provides a comprehensive education in Real Estate Finance, Investment, Urban Planning, and Asset Management, equipping graduates for diverse careers in Real Estate Finance/Investment, Development, Consultancy, Government Agencies, and Corporate Real Estate.

BBA (Real Estate) graduates are readily employed by both public and private sectors. Graduates are employed in the fields of real estate fund management (including REITSs), real estate development and investment, urban planning, property valuation and corporate real estate management.

According to the 2023 graduate employment survey, the mean gross monthly salary of a graduate in real estate is $4,239. The 75th percentile is $4,500.
