The Department of Real Estate is dedicated to advancing holistic knowledge in real estate and urban studies through innovative research and teaching. The BBA (Real Estate) program provides a robust business education with a focus on diverse real estate disciplines, including finance, investment, development, valuation, asset management, urban planning, and estate management. Our graduates are uniquely trained to integrate financial, spatial, social, and environmental dimensions of real estate, opening doors to a wide range of career and internship opportunities.
