Educational Scholarship

Professor Sing Tien Foo and his co-authors bring to light the relevance of research, often seen as esoteric, on our daily life and decision making in this second sequel of the book. It cover issues ranging from transportation, health, housing, and retirement.

This Chinese version of the book co-written by Provost’s Professor (Practice) Seek Ngee Huat, Professor Sing Tien Foo and Associate Professor Yu Shi Ming covers valuable lessons in the transformation and innovations in Singapore’s real estate market.  The major theme include real estate capital market and internationalisation of real estate markets.

This book co-authored by Provost’s Professor (Practice) Seek Ngee Huat, Professor Sing Tien Foo and Associate Professor Yu Shi Ming documents the two major themes in the development of the real estate market in Singapore over the past 50 years — the transformation from the “bricks and mortar” to the capital markets, and from the local to the international real estate markets. This book highlights the uniqueness of real estate markets and institutions in Singapore.
