The Department of Marketing at the NUS Business School invites applications for tenure-track faculty positions at all levels in Marketing, with a starting date of July 2025. In this recruiting cycle, we are looking for candidates in empirical modeling (economics- or computer science- or statistics-based) and analytical modeling with PhDs in marketing or related disciplines from leading institutions. Candidates who have already completed their PhD, or will do so before July 2025, are encouraged to apply.

Our remuneration package is globally competitive, and the Department offers generous research support and a flexible teaching load. The Department has an active research seminar series and an established doctoral program.

The Department of Marketing at National University of Singapore is currently seeking applications for a Full-time Research Assistant position. We welcome applicants with a strong background in applied empirical methods, coupled with a keen interest in pursuing a quantitative marketing PhD degree with a focus on machine learning or structural modeling.

Responsibilities:

  • The successful candidate will collaborate closely with a dynamic team of researchers on projects with direct implications for both policy and commercial sectors.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in statistical software (Python or R) and relevant visualization techniques.
  • Experience in conducting experiments, whether in field or lab settings, is a plus.

Adjunct faculty are part-time instructors, hired on a semester-by-semester basis. Responsibilities typically include teaching one or two classes per year. Most appointments are made 3 to 6 months in advance. However, applications are welcome at any time and will be kept on file for future openings.
