Jennifer was a caring teacher. To fulfill her wishes during her last days, money raised under her name was used to set up a bursary fund for students.
On the public front, Jennifer was the proposer of the open bidding system for Certificate of Entitlement (COE) in Singapore. She was also an active columnist with Lianhe Zaobao, commenting on a wide spectrum of issues facing the nation.
Through her active participation in the Chinese media, Jennifer raised the public awareness of the Business School as a thought leader in many public policy matters.
