Enjoy the opportunity to dine and connect with fellow alumni at Straits Chinese Signatures, reputably Singapore’s oldest Nonya restaurant. Third generation chef Kevin Yap, UCLA-NUS 2020 uses secret recipes handed down thru the generations to ensure that the original taste of an authentic Peranakan cuisine has been preserved closely, and using only the freshest ingredients and select choice of spices.
