The NUS Business School Alumni Association (NUSBSA) proudly presents the 8th Continuing Professional Education (CPE) talk, our first in webinar format.

Programme Outline: Ethical Business Conduct

  • What is corporate culture and where is its placing in corporate governance?
  • How does one assess culture? How to report on culture?
  • How to improve corporate culture and drive ethical behaviour?
  • How does culture play an integral role in strategy?
  • Recent case examples – ethical risk taking

Fees: Standard – $60, NUS BSA Life Members – $50
$20 early bird discount for payment received by 3 August 2020

2.0 CPE hours / CPD units

Confirmation of attendance will be emailed after you have participated in the talk, its polls, and submit a simple evaluation at the end.

Closing date: Payment and registration by 13 August 2020 or upon full enrollment, whichever is earlier.

Mr Uantchern Loh, currently the CEO, Asia Pacific for Black Sun Plc, an international market leader in stakeholder communications. He was the founding Chief Executive of the Singapore Accountancy Commission, where he spearheaded development of the Singapore Chartered Accountant Qualification.
