Julia Goh has an extensive experience in a wide range of real estate transactions of private residential properties. Consistently ranked amongst the Top 5% of PropNex Realty for 12 consecutive years since 2008, Julia has also won numerous awards including “Top 50 Producers”, “Platinum Achiever”, “Top Rental Transactor”, “Top Private Property Transactor”, and “SEAA Salespersons Achievement Award 2020.” She has built a strong reputation in managing high value property transactions in the prime residential districts and serving high net worth real estate clientele in Singapore and from overseas markets.

She graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration from NUS Business School in 1997. Prior to entering the real estate industry in 2007, Julia has worked in a number of reputable organisations such as Singapore Press Holdings and Deutsche Bank. She is an Accredited Associate Financial Planner with Financial Planning Association of Singapore (FPAS).
