On behalf of the organizing committee, it is our pleasure to announce that the 1st NUS-Tsukuba Joint-Online-Workshop on “Sustainable Management and Data Sciences” will take place by Zoom Webinar online on March 14-15, 2021.
The workshop will focus on both applications (e.g., energy, networks, marketing, and finance) and methodologies (e.g., machine learning, optimization, decision making, and statistical modeling) related to data sciences towards sustainable society and business innovations.
Everyone is welcome to participate, but pre-registration is needed due to limited ZOOM Webinar capacity.

The Faculty of Business Sciences is the organization of faculty members that propels educational researches in the field of Economics and Law to solve the business issues of a “Global Network Age” through scientific perspectives. This workshop is also co-organized by Graduate School of Business Sciences, University of Tsukuba.
Established in November 2016, IORA conducts research on the optimization, analysis and management of service systems, including model formulation, algorithm design, analysis of service strategies, and software development.
IORA is working with local companies to optimize resource allocation and utilization, as well as developing a cutting-edge solver to tackle large-scale complex models that are often encountered in the field of data analytics.
