The National University of Singapore (NUS) Business School’s Executive Master of Business Administration (EMBA) has once again been ranked first in Asia and 14th globally in the Quacquarelli Symonds (QS) Global EMBA Rankings 2026, marking the third consecutive year the programme has achieved both distinctions. The NUS EMBA has been a consistent global top‑20 performer for nearly a decade, underscoring its continued excellence and industry relevance.

Measured against 215 global programmes this year, the NUS EMBA demonstrated strong performance across several key indicators, including a No. 1 global ranking for Executive Profile. This reflects the programme’s ability to attract experienced and diverse senior executives with an average of 16 years of managerial or C-suite experience. The cohort spans diverse sectors and geographies across Asia, Africa, Europe, and the United States, forming a peer community where executives learn as much from one another as from faculty. Career Outcomes remained within the global top 20 for the second consecutive year, reaffirming the programme’s sustained strength in leadership progression and career impact.

The programme’s strong Career Outcomes performance is reinforced by a curriculum that spans eight major business hubs across the Asia-Pacific region, including China, India, Vietnam, Indonesia, the UAE, Thailand, and Japan, giving participants direct exposure to fast-growing markets, shifting geopolitical dynamics, and cross-border opportunities. The learning model extends beyond the classroom through company visits, engagement with C-suite leaders and founders, and immersive electives that bring participants to global innovation events such as the Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas. The EMBA cohort also complete short exchanges at leading international institutions, gaining access to diverse management perspectives, global best practices, and networks that extend well beyond their home markets.

In the same QS ranking, the UCLA‑NUS Executive MBA retained its second position among 31 joint programmes worldwide. The programme continued to perform strongly in Executive Profile and Career Outcomes, both placing within the global top five, reflecting its effectiveness in preparing leaders for complex cross‑border business environments.

Distinguished Professor Andrew Rose, Dean of NUS Business School, said, “Being recognised as Asia’s leading Executive MBA programme and among the world’s best for the third consecutive year highlights the strength, quality and consistency of our community. It demonstrates how robust academic foundations, together with research and thought leadership grounded in real‑world relevance, equip senior leaders to manage disruption and create impact across their organisations and industries.”
