Singapore, 13 October 2025 – The National University of Singapore (NUS) Business School has retained its top position among Singapore’s autonomous universities in the Financial Times (FT) Executive Master of Business Administration (EMBA) Rankings for 2025, with EMBA programmes in the global top 25: the UCLA–NUS EMBA took 11th spot with the NUS EMBA at 23rd.
UCLA-NUS EMBA – worth its weight in salary increase, student diversity, and career progress
When compared to other EMBAs, the UCLA-NUS EMBA programme performed well in several key areas such as salary increase, career advancement and international course experience. Alumni of the UCLA-NUS EMBA programme achieved a nearly 76% increase in their salaries three years after graduation, reaching an average of US$427,500 per annum.
The UCLA-NUS EMBA programme was also ranked fifth globally in the aims achieved category as alumni experienced significant career advancement after graduation. The programme came in third globally for international course experience, reflecting the truly global nature of its delivery across Singapore, China and India.
These results highlight the programme’s enduring strength, its ability to attract senior global executives, and the continuing value of the long-standing partnership between NUS and UCLA Anderson.
NUS EMBA scores well in salary increase, international course experience, international faculty and gender diversity
The NUS EMBA leapfrogged nine spots to 23rd globally. The programme remains the highest-ranked university-based EMBA in Singapore and one of Asia’s leading standalone programmes.
The programme recorded broad-based gains in alumni career progression and diversity indices this year. NUS EMBA alumni achieved a 61% increase in their salaries three years after graduation, reaching an average of US$372,278 per annum.
With classes conducted in eight cities across the Asia-Pacific, the programme maintains a strong international focus, contributing to a 10-place rise in its International Course Experience ranking to 12th globally this year.
Gender diversity also improved greatly, with female participants in the programme hitting 37%, up from 31% last year. The programme also had more female members on its advisory with an almost 10% increase to 27% this year.
