Sam is the Provost’s Chair Professor of Management and the Head of Management and Organisation department. His research focuses primarily on behavioural ethics, leadership, humour and the future of work. His published work has received multiple Best Paper Awards and has been featured extensively both locally within Asia in South China Morning Post, The Straits Times and internationally in The Huffington Post, The Times and Harvard Business Review.
