Asian Business Series: Riding the Tiger: Navigating Pivots and Embracing the Uncertainty of Uncharted Paths
In "Seminars and talks"

Being an entrepreneur or business leader can often feel like riding a tiger — an exciting journey with moments of uncertainty and the challenge of navigating the unknown. In this conversation, Dr. Melvin Heng will share his experiences transitioning from a medical career to entrepreneurship and heading healthcare corporations across various geographies in South East Asia.

Through key pivotal moments, he will explore how to embrace change, manage risk, and find balance when faced with uncertainty. This session will offer practical insights for leaders at any stage of their journey, emphasising the value of adaptability and thoughtful decision-making in navigating uncharted paths.

A/Prof Joel Goh, Director of JY Pillay Comparative Asia Research Centre, Dean’s Chair and Associate Professor, Analytics and Operations, will moderate this event.
