Luke Donnelly, (NUS MBA 2011) Principal Solutions Consultant at Zendesk, a fast-growing service-first CRM company that builds software designed to improve customer relationships.
He has 20 years’ experience in the tech industry in UK, France, Singapore and Ireland, with a background in digital Customer Experience (CX).
CX covers marketing, sales and service, and has become a key focus for companies seeking to use data to truly differentiate themselves from their competitors.
Formerly, a Principal Solution Consultant at Oracle, he has helped brands navigate through the challenges of digital transformation.
Luke’s engagement with his alma mater NUS Business School, is through volunteering to be a mentor to the NUS MBA student clubs and to incoming NUS MBA students.
