Yanina holds degrees from the Moscow State University of Design and Technologies and the International Academy of Business and Design.

She joined Cartier in 2007 and has gained extensive experience across different functions, having held several positions in Cartier Russia across brand and retail management.

Yanina was appointed Managing Director for Russia, Ukraine & CIS countries in 2018 to establish the Maison’s commercial strength and brand positioning with a special focus on corporate initiatives and Cartier’s heritage.

Combining strategic vision, outstanding understanding of clients, deep knowledge of Cartier values and a strong personal stance on women leadership, Yanina has been instrumental for the women empowerment initiatives of the Maison.

Since taking the helm as CEO, Southeast Asia & Oceania in 2022, Yanina has been leading and inspiring teams across 11 diverse markets in one of the Maison’s fastest-growing regions.
