Aslam Sardar is the Chief Executive Officer of the Institute for Human Resource Professionals (IHRP). He has over 20 years of corporate, start-up and NGO experience in leading and managing teams to drive change and transformation. Aslam has worked in various roles such as business development, process improvement, and commercial performance monitoring and reporting in the IT, supply chain and adult education sectors.

Charlton Ong joined Singtel in 2012 as Vice President, Human Resources for Group Enterprise (GE) and Country HR leader for Singapore. He spearheaded the HR function to support GE’s units and growth, including Singtel Enterprise Business, NCS, Optus Enterprise, Trustwave and Singtel Global Offices. With the establishment of Singtel Singapore OpCo on 1 June 2023, bringing together the Consumer and Enterprise units as well as corporate functions, Charlton was named Vice President, People & Culture.

Prior to Singtel, Charlton was Vice President, Human Resources for HP Enterprise Asia Pacific. And over the last 30 years, he worked for MNCs like British Telecom and Honeywell. At Honeywell, he was based in their Shanghai Asia Pacific HQ.

Lee Hwee Boon was appointed Head of Group Human Resources of OCBC Bank in June 2022. As the Head of Group Human Resources in OCBC, she is committed to driving people strategy in alignment with OCBC Group’s overall objectives and to foster employee engagement and a culture of learning, development and collaboration. She is also dedicated to shaping OCBC Group’s talent management strategies and ensuring OCBC Bank remains a preferred employer in the banking industry.

Prior to this appointment, Hwee Boon has worked in diverse functions in OCBC Group, covering strategy, risk management as well as corporate and commercial banking.

Vanessa Ng was appointed as SIA’s Senior Vice President Human Resources in October 2017.Prior to joining SIA, Vanessa was the HR Operating Partner at Temasek International Advisors. She provided Strategic HR support to new business platforms spearheaded by the Enterprise Development Group (EDG) at Temasek. Prior to Temasek, she was the Chief People Officer at Fortis Healthcare. In that role, she successfully completed the global start-up of Fortis Healthcare headquarter operations in 18 months.

Prior to Fortis Healthcare, Vanessa also held global HR leadership roles at Neptune Orient Lines Limited and General Electric (U.S).

Yee Deng Tan has over 25 years of experience in supporting organizations optimize their human capital. She has led diverse HR leadership portfolios spanning Asia Pacific and the Americas, and adopts a people-centred approach to delivering strategic change through practical design and realistic implementation of programs. As CHRO of PwC Singapore, her mandate is to ensure that people priorities are managed in a volatile post-pandemic workplace, from talent programs to wellness, belonging and engagement.

Yeo Meng Hin leads the global HR function as Chief Human Resource Officer for Keppel. Keppel is a global asset manager with deep operator capabilities in infrastructure, real estate and connectivity sectors. He has all-rounded exposure and expertise in Regional and International Strategic Human Resource Management experience in both corporate and consulting roles. In addition, Meng Hin had previously managed business development, logistics, technology and transport operations.
