The Price of Speaking Up: The Prudential Singapore Whistleblower Case
This is the article version of a report on the whistleblower case at Prudential Singapore, released ahead of the Forum on Whistleblowing to be organised by the Centre for Investor Protection at NUS Business School. The forum, to be held on 7 December, will include a presentation of findings from a new study of whistleblowing policies of the largest 100 listed issuers in Singapore and the largest 100 listed issuers in Malaysia; a fireside chat with the Prudential Singapore whistleblower; and a panel discussion with a group of senior practitioners with experience in the area of whistleblowing.
