Simon Crockett
Before establishing his coaching practice, Simon was the Director of Career and Leadership Development at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, Asia Campus. There, he guided MBA students and alumni in career planning, focusing on job search mechanics, self-awareness, and behavioural development. Simon also led global workshops on topics like “International Relocation,” “Personal Branding,” and “Strategic Networking.” With 30 years in L&D Consulting, Recruitment, and Executive Search, including a directorship at Michael Page International, Simon brings extensive experience. He holds a post-grad in Business Psychology from Heriot Watt University and a Higher Education Teaching Certificate from Harvard. He is also a Certified Transformational Coach and accredited in psychometric tools. Simon is based in London, UK.

Stephen Leung
Stephen is a Venture Partner at Tradable Patterns, connecting family offices, conglomerates, and venture capital funds with curated deal flow. He also invests as a limited partner in venture capital and private equity funds. Previously, Stephen was Senior Product Manager of Strategy at Amazon, leading strategic research in Asia Pacific. With nearly 20 years of experience in TMT and internet sectors, he has worked at Vodafone, SoftBank, UBS, and CLSA, specializing in equity research, M&A, corporate strategies, and consulting. Stephen holds an MBA from Chicago Booth and engineering degrees from the University of Toronto. He is based in Singapore.

Feng Liu, ACCA CPA
Mr Liu is a Managing Director of WSD Capital, specialising in M&A transactions and equity investments. He assists the clients in “going global” and “bringing in” foreign investments, with a focus on cross-border M&A, divestitures, strategic investments, restructurings, joint ventures and buyout investments. Throughout his career, he has been involved in cross-border M&A deals with a cumulative transaction value exceeding USD 26.5 billion around the world. Mr Liu’s professional footprint spans China, the United States, Germany, and the United Kingdom, with projects he has led or participated in covering Europe, the Americas, Asia, Australia, and Africa. His work has earned him prestigious industry accolades, including China’s Best M&A Deal Award and China’s Best M&A Financial Services Award. Mr. Liu used to hold key positions at leading mid-market investment banks, including Lincoln International, Houlihan Lokey, Goetzpartners as well as sovereign investment fund JIC Investment. He holds an MBA from Chicago Booth and a master’s degree from the University of Oxford. He is an ACCA Chartered Member and a CPA Chartered Member.

Ashish Nigam
Ashish is a senior business and technology leader with more than two decades of experience, including 15+ years at McKinsey & Company, where he led business transformations for 200+ global clients across the US, Europe, Asia, and the Middle East. He has deep expertise across consulting, AI, finance, retail, and operations, and has built and mentored high-performing global teams. As COO of Mirasys, he led AI product innovation; at OakNorth, he built advanced analytics-based credit models powering $40B+ in lending decisions. Currently, as India Head for Americana group, he leads teams across digital, analytics, and functional roles. Ashish is passionate about career coaching and capability building and brings a strong global network and sharp understanding of the job market to help professionals navigate consulting, functional, and tech careers.
Dinesh Saboo, CFA
Based in India, Dinesh is a finance professional and career coach with over two decades of experience in equity research, banking, asset management, and capital markets. He has held leadership roles at HSBC and UBS, and more recently, focused on product development and fintech advisory. At Finmeraki, Dinesh provided career coaching to finance professionals. His accomplishments include setting up a structured credit fund, building a credit platform, developing underwriting standards, and advising fintech firms on credit monitoring. Earlier, he led fixed income proprietary trading desks, specializing in distressed credit and bond market strategies. Dinesh is also a frequent speaker on finance, credit, and investments, contributing to global conferences and fixed income thought leadership.

Muayaed Qasim
Muayaed is a proud alumnus of NUS. He is an experienced leader with over two decades in the energy sector, specializing in human resources and business strategy. While at Saudi Aramco, he was awarded the Mark of Excellence for Best Talent Management Strategy in the Middle East at the 2020 Future Workforce Awards. He also mentored the winning team at the Blockchain Hackathon at Dubai EXPO 2020. Now, as Managing Director at SustainMe Pte Ltd, Muayaed is dedicated to connecting the next generation of leaders with global opportunities. He uses his extensive network in the Middle East and APAC to guide students and alumni looking to succeed in the energy sector. Muayaed shuttles between Saudi Arabia, Singapore, and Malaysia.
