Health & Wealth Series is a collaboration between NUS BIZAlum office and Duke-NUS Alumni relations office. Through this online talk series, we hope our alumni are able to gain valuable perspective on enjoying better health and better wealth.

We are excited to launch the second part of our joint initiative, Improve Your Financial Health series, where we invite our alumni to share their expertise on topics relating to personal finance and investments.

Join us for an insightful evening with Mr Kenneth Lou (NUS BBA ’17), cofounder and CEO of Seedly, a fintech start-up which has grown to become Singapore’s biggest personal finance community!

Cofounder and CEO, Seedly

Kenneth Lou is the cofounder and CEO of Seedly, a fintech start-up with a mission to help individuals to make smarter financial decisions by leveraging the latest technology and a large financial community. Kenneth started Seedly with his cofounder in 2016 while they were final year university students. The start-up has grown from a two-man team to about 30 employees with over 1.1 million monthly users who visit the online community to engage and learn. In 2020, Seedly has joined forces with the Hyphen Group, a leading fintech company to accelerate the financial ecosystem through personalised digital experiences.

Kenneth is passionate about all things personal finance, fintech, robo advisors, investments, new economies and helping people make sense of money related problems one step at a time and planting their money early in life.

He graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration (specialisation in Finance) and Minor in Technopreneurship from NUS Business School in 2017. The NUS Kent Ridge Scholar is already a founder of two start-ups before he turned 24 years old and has received numerous accolades including SMBA Young Entrepreneur of the Year in 2015 and the Phillip Yeo Innovation Fellow in 2013.
