Doctoral candidate in Management and Organizations, Duke University, Fuqua School of Business

Peter Jin is a doctoral candidate in Management and Organizations at the Fuqua School of Business, Duke University. He expects to receive his Ph.D. in May 2027. He holds a B.A. in Psychology from New York University. Peter examines the two-way relationship between contested social issues and organizational life. He uses diverse methods, including experiments, large-scale archival and field studies, content analysis, and meta-analysis. His research has been published in Organizational Behavior and Human Decision Processes, Journal of Personality and Social Psychology, Motivation Science, and Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences.
