Wilbur Chen

Assistant Professor, Hong Kong University of Science and Technology

Wilbur Chen is an assistant professor at the accounting department in HKUST Business School and the co-director of the Center for Securities Analysis with Financial Technology at HKUST. His research focuses on digital and AI transformation, with an emphasis on understanding the interplay between capital markets and the digital transition in traditional, non-IT firms. He received his PhD in Business Administration from Harvard University, MPhil in Accountancy from CUHK and BSc in Physics from McGill University.
