Kenneth Khoo

Kenneth is a Lecturer at the NUS Faculty of Law, with multiple degrees in both Law and Economics from NUS, LSE, and Yale. In 2022/2023, Kenneth visited Harvard Law School as a research fellow at the Program on Corporate Governance. Kenneth has research and teaching interests in hybrid areas where Law and Economics intersect, especially in commercial subjects like Corporate Law, Mergers and Acquisitions, Securities Regulations, and Competition Law. His work has been published in international journals like the Journal of Empirical Legal Studies, the University of Pennsylvania Journal of Business Law, the Journal of Competition Law and Economics and the American Business Law Journal.
