Hami Amiraslani

Assistant Professor of Accounting and Control, INSEAD

Hami Amiraslani is an assistant professor of accounting and control at INSEAD. He holds a PhD in Accounting from the London School of Economics. His research examines topics in the area of capital markets, corporate governance, corporate sustainability, financial contracting, and regulation. His research has been published in the Journal of Accounting and Economics and Review of Accounting Studies. He teaches management and financial accounting as well as sustainability measurement and reporting on INSEAD’s MBA, MIM, and executive education programs. Prior to academia, he worked as a banking consultant in the area of syndicated loans and project finance.
