Senior Partner and Managing Partner, Southeast Asia, McKinsey & Company,

Kaushik is the Managing Partner of McKinsey’s offices in Southeast Asia. Passionate about the future of ASEAN, he has served clients in Vietnam, Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, Philippines, and Thailand on issues related to sustainability, growth, competitiveness and productivity. He has experience working across industries – including energy, basic materials, logistics, consumer products and the public sector – and in numerous markets throughout Asia and Europe.

He led the Jakarta office for five years. A homegrown leader, Kaushik is deeply committed to youth development in the region. He supports Young Leaders for Indonesia – a program to develop the next generation of leaders in the country – among other social initiatives. In the past, Kaushik has been based in our London office for some time, where he served companies in the UK, Germany and Italy.
