Aruna Ranganathan

Aruna Ranganathan is associate professor of management and organizations at the Haas School of Business, UC Berkeley. She received her PhD from MIT. Her research combines multiple methods to study how individuals experience their work and make workplace decisions, and how organizations affect workplace and social inequality.
