McCutcheon Professor in International Business,, University of Toronto

Hai Lu is the McCutcheon Professor in International Business and Professor of Accounting at the Rotman School of Management. His research focuses on insider trading, securities valuation, corporate governance, sustainability, and the Chinese capital market. He is currently exploring field studies and the analysis of unstructured data. Professor Lu also serves as the Director of the Guanghua-Rotman Centre for Information and Capital Market Research, and he is an editor of Contemporary Accounting Research, Journal of Business, Finance & Accounting, and Accountability in a Sustainable World Quarterly.
