Join us for an engaging session that demystifies the private equity landscape, offering a comprehensive overview of the private markets ecosystem. From understanding the roles of LPs, GPs, and advisors, to seeing how these players collaborate, this session provides a practical foundation for anyone interested in the field.

Through real-life case studies and leveraged buyout deal examples, Joseph will walk through the key stages of a typical PE deal cycle, highlighting the most critical areas to evaluate when assessing investment opportunities.

Drawing from his experience as a hiring manager for the Associate Program at Partners Group, Joseph will also share insider perspectives on the recruitment process across private equity platforms. Attendees will gain insight into the attributes PE firms prioritize when hiring investment professionals and what it truly takes to build a successful, long-term career in this competitive industry.
