The pandemic has changed the way employees can add value to their organisation. Learning & Development, which was on a backburner in 2020, will again be a driving force for organisations’ transformation.

In this info session, Joo Yong, who is our Programme Director for Strategic Human Resource Management (SHRM), will be sharing his insights on how HR and organisations should rethink L&D for 2021. We will also be sharing information on our upcoming programmes.

Programme Director , Strategic Human Resource Management Programme

Joo Yong specializes in Human Resource Management, Leadership Development, Career Management and Talent Management. Besides teaching on NUS degree programmes, he also teaches in various leadership and executive programmes. He has developed customized programmes for companies such as AP Moeller-Maersk,  Panasonic, Incheon International Airport, Singapore’s Ministry of Education, Sampath Bank of Sri Lanka, AES Corp, Guangzhou Tax Dept, PT Smart of Indonesia, the Singapore Armed Forces, Mitsui Corporation of Japan and many others. He also developed a series of Leadership Development Programmes for companies in the Suzhou Industrial Park under the NUS-Fudan Joint Graduate School.
