Neha Singla
Neha brings over 14 years of experience across Sales, Partnership, Technical Services & Operations and varied industries such as CPG, Technology and Telecom. Currently, Neha heads the “Monetization product Operations” org at Tiktok. She joined Tiktok in February 2021 to establish product operations for advertisers. The team is responsible for Global product operations ranging from pre-sales implementation support, post-sales technical support and managing the internal operations tools. Prior to Tiktok, Neha spent 10 years at Google, where she worked in various different roles & regions.
She believes “her success lies in helping others succeed” and thus spends significant time in coaching & mentoring. Being one of the few women in tech, she is particularly passionate about “women empowerment” and has been a core member of D&I council at Google for many years. She has also been “Career coach” at Google and Mentor at NUS.
By education, Neha is a software engineer and holds MS in Computer Science degree from University of Southern California and MBA from NUS, Singapore. Outside work, Neha is a mother of 2 and these days passionate about Sports & Fitness.
