Reiko Akiike has worked extensively with companies in manufacturing, high tech and infrastructure areas. Her experience includes growth strategy development, strategy implementation, change management, and post-merger integration.

She has also served on a variety of government committees. Before joining BCG, Reiko worked as a Managing Director for the Industrial Revitalization Corporation of Japan (IRCJ) – Japanese government's first PE fund, organized to revitalize the Japanese economy and which successfully concluded. Before joining the IRCJ, she worked for McKinsey & Company, and Kirin Brewery. Reiko holds an M.E. and B.E. from Waseda University, and an M.S. from the Sloan School of Management, Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

John LIM Kok Min

John Lim Kok Min

John Lim is the Chairman of Gas Supply Pte Ltd. He is the Immediate Past Chairman of the Singapore Institute of Directors and was Vice-Chairman of the Singapore Institute of Management until May 2012, Deputy Chairman of NTUC FairPrice Co-operative until the end of September 2011 and Executive Deputy Chairman of LMA International NV, a global medical device company until the end of 2010. He is also the immediate past Chairman of Building & Construction Authority and of Senoko Power Limited and was a former Deputy Chairman of the Agri-foods and Veterinary Authority of Singapore.

He was previously Group Managing Director of Pan-United Corporation Limited, MPH Ltd and Chief Executive Officer of Cold Storage Holdings Ltd. He now sits on the Boards, Audit, Remuneration and Nominating Committees of several listed and non-listed companies. He was a member of the Company's Act Review Steering Committee, CFO Institute Advisory Council, Management Committee of Singapore Compact for Corporate Social Responsibility, Senate Member of the Marketing Institute of Singapore, a former director/Council Member of both the Singapore International Chamber of Commerce and the Singapore Confederation of Industries.

He was also a member of the Singapore Corporate Governance Council, the Audit Committee Guidance Committee, the Disclosure and Accounting Standards Committee and of the Securities Industry Council. He is a past President of Sentosa Golf Club.

He was the Chairman for the "OECD Asian network on Corporate Governance for State Owned Enterprises" and a core member of the OECD Asian Roundtable.

He has extensive private and public sector experience in South East Asia, UK and Australia/New Zealand.

Mr Low joined Ernst & Young, Singapore in 1986 as a principal and then partner retiring from the firm in June 2005.

Mr Low Weng Kong was appointed Global President and Chairman of the Board, CPA Australia for 2010/11. He was also a former country managing partner of Ernst & Young, Singapore. He is also presently a Board Member, Confederation of Asian and Pacific Accountants, which represents national accounting organisations in the Asia Pacific region.

Mr Low is an Independent Director of UOL Group Limited and iX Biopharma Limited and Lead Independent Non-Executive Director of Riverstone Holdings Limited, all listed on the Singapore Exchange.

Mr Low is a Fellow Chartered Accountant (UK), Fellow Chartered Accountant (Singapore), Life Member of CPA (Australia), Chartered Tax Advisor (UK) and an Accredited Tax Advisor (Singapore).

Senior Vice President, Head of Services, Equities & Fixed Income, Singapore Exchange

Mita Natarajan is Senior Vice President, Head of Services, Equities & Fixed Income at the Singapore Exchange Limited (SGX) and responsible for the ownership and management of post-listings businesses offered to all SGX's listed companies. During her time at SGX, she has also managed the organization's strategy, business development and M&A portfolios.

Prior to joining SGX, Ms Natarajan was part of the founding management team at a technology start-up in Silicon Valley, California. Her career also includes sales and marketing roles with global corporations in Asia and the U.S and functional responsibilities for the development and launch of new products and services. Ms. Natarajan holds a Master's Degree from Harvard University, USA.

Juanita Woodward

Juanita Woodward has over 25 years of experience in the financial services industry, and whilst in Singapore since 1991, she has held various regional and global roles at Citi, ABN Amro and Standard Chartered Bank. Juanita hails from the US, is a Singapore Permanent Resident, and now serves as the Executive Director, Asia Pacific for Eurogiro A/S Singapore branch – a global payments network with headquarters in Copenhagen, Denmark. She is also a member of the World Bank's Public and Private sector advisory group on migrant worker Remittances.

In 2009, the American Women's Association in Singapore presented Juanita with the International Woman of the Year award to acknowledge her work as the Founding President of the PrimeTime Business and Professional Women's Association in Singapore in 1997, and a tireless contributor to professional women's initiatives in Singapore.

Juanita holds a BBA in Finance from Emory University, Atlanta, Georgia, USA.
