In the last two decades, many foreign companies have entered into merger and acquisition (M&A) transactions in China and today many are still pursuing M&A opportunities there. With the rapid development of China’s economy, Chinese companies are also actively pursuing M&A opportunities overseas.

This forum will focus on discovering the potentials and pitfalls of an acquisition target through financial due diligence, with a special focus on the China experience.

As a veteran in the field of M&A, Xie Tao will share his “war stories”, recalling his experiences of discovering important truths to the success of M&As and rare insights known only to few high-level insiders.
