I am pleased to share Issue 3 of the Viewpoint series published by the Centre for Investor Protection.<\/p>\n

While this report is an analysis of the corporate governance disclosures and practices of Xero Limited, a NZ company listed in Australia and operating globally, I believe there are many lessons for listed issuers in Singapore and the region.<\/p>\n
