Event Summary

The Centre of Governance, Institutions and Organisations (CGIO) of NUS Business School, together with ASEAN CSR Network (ACN) held a forum on ‘Sustainability Reporting in ASEAN and Singapore: Opportunities in an Era of Tensions’ at SGX auditorium on Thursday, 22 November 2018. The forum is supported by the Singapore Exchange (SGX) and Singapore Accountancy Commission (SAC). The event aimed to raise awareness of the state and challenges with sustainability reporting (SR) and the opportunities SR could offer to companies. The event is also timely with the introduction of SR on a “comply or explain” basis by SGX in 2016.

The forum was well attended and there was ample media coverage both locally and regionally.
