About 50 NUS Business School undergraduate and graduate students gathered on Jan 16 for an insightful lecture on Smart Beta Investing and a panel discussion with Mr. Atsushi Yoshikawa (Chairman of the Board of Directors of Nomura Real Estate and Distinguished Visiting Fellow at NUS Business School), Mr. Isao Uesaki (Senior Investment Officer of Nomura Asset Management), and Dr. Jason Hsu (Founder and CIO, Rayliant Global Advisors). The lecture was jointly hosted by Career Services and CAMRI at NUS Business School.

In celebration of excellence in regional applied research, Asia Asset Management (AAM) aligned with NUS Business School’s Centre for Asset Management Research and Investments (CAMRI) and launched the Annual AAM-CAMRI Prize in Asset Management in 2015. In its second year as an Annual Prize partner, the CFA Institute continues to join us in this year’s Prize as well. We are pleased to announce that the Winning Paper of the 2018 AAM-CAMRI-CFA Institute Prize in Asset Management (from more than 80 excellent applications from around the world) is entitled: Tokenomics: Dynamic Adoption and Valuation. The paper is co-authored by Lin William Cong (University of Chicago Booth School of Business), Ye Li (Ohio State University), and Neng Wang (Columbia Business School).
