Her work has been published in prestigious journals such as the <em>Academy of Management Journal<\/em>, <em>Journal of Applied Psychology<\/em>, <em>Organization Science<\/em>, <em>Organizational Behavior and Human Decision Processes<\/em>, <em>Personnel Psychology, Journal of Management<\/em>, and <em>Journal of Occupational and Organizational Psychology<\/em>. Her research has also been cited in popular press outlets, including <em>Forbes<\/em>, <em>Harvard Business Review<\/em>, <em>USA Today<\/em>, and the <em>Chicago Tribune<\/em>. She currently serves on the editorial boards of the <em>Academy of Management Journal<\/em>, <em>Journal of Applied Psychology<\/em>, <em>Personnel Psychology<\/em>, and <em>Organizational Behavior and Human Decision Processes<\/em>.
