He has published more than 300 scientific articles on leadership, negotiations, decision-making, and ethics. He is author of the critically acclaimed book <em>INSPIRE: The Universal Path for Leading Yourself and Others <\/em>(HarperCollins, 2025), co-author of the best-selling book,\u00a0<em>Friend &amp; Foe<\/em>\u00a0(Penguin Random House, 2015), and his Ted talk,\u00a0<em>How to Speak Up for Yourself<\/em>, has over 7.5 million views. He has received numerous awards including the World\u2019s 50 Best B-School Professors (<em>Poets &amp; Quants<\/em>, 2012), the Career Trajectory Award (<em>Society of Experimental Social Psychology<\/em>, 2016), and two mentoring awards from <em>Columbia University<\/em> (2022) and the International Association of Conflict Management (2025). Professor Galinsky has served as\u00a0damages expert\u00a0in numerous defamation trials that have generated\u00a0more than $1 Billion\u00a0in verdicts and settlements for clients, including Dominion\u00a0<em>Voting systems v. Fox News<\/em>.
