Impact Assessment and Social Performance Management

For social organisations to be effective, they need to understand the social impact of their activities. ACSEP has explored different assessment instruments and approaches practiced worldwide, and is now teaching practitioners how to implement them. Our education programmes help social organisations establish a framework for social performance management, evaluate their social impact and enhance their organisational learning.

The Impact Assessment and Social Performance Management programme will focus on closely related research and educational activities, including:

  • Developing an executive training programme in social impact measurement
  • Conducting rigorous impact evaluations of innovative interventions in close cooperation with social service organisations
  • Consulting and assisting social purpose organisations in becoming learning organisations
  • Developing guide books in social performance management and impact assessment
