The Asia Accounting Research Center (AARC) is affiliated with the National University of Singapore (NUS) Business School. AARC is an open platform with a strong focus on applied academic research. AARC aims to be a leader in developing and promoting Asia’s accounting industry in the digital era through rigorous and forward-looking research and industry outreach services. AARC welcomes collaboration with researchers from different disciplines, businesses, and governments to tackle the challenges and opportunities facing Asian businesses and governments in the digital age.

Examples of AARC’s ongoing research projects include: the strategy and regulation of corporate disclosure, corporate governance, state-owned enterprise reforms, family firm succession, the role of big data and information and communication technologies in future management.

AARC welcomes collaboration with interested parties to conduct industry relevant research and other outreach activities, including surveys, public lectures, cases and executive training.
