We would like to invite you to join us for a conference on the current issues concerning global boards today. This event is a unique knowledge-sharing opportunity with selected corporations that will be in Singapore for the Global Board Leadership Summit – Singapore 2019.

The conference will cover cyber risks and data privacy issues, stewardship and sustainability, as well as other pertinent topics such as shareholder activism, long-termism, digitisation and disruption, succession-planning, geopolitical risks and implications of the US-China trade war.

The conference is jointly organised by Singapore Exchange (SGX), the Centre for Governance, Institutions and Organisations (CGIO) of NUS Business School, EY, The Board Leadership Society, Board Academy Germany and the Human Capital Leadership Institute.
