Programme Synopsis

Though the world is richer, it is also tougher, making it harder to do well and good at the same time.

Leadership is not the exclusive domain of people with senior sounding titles. It is influencing yourself and others to do something positive that they otherwise would not, or could not do, without exercising authority and hard power. It is not dependent on position or about having people to manage.

To lead, there are several critical skills and qualities that are universal across nations, industries and age. They also happen to be the critical missing in top performing individual contributors and managers of leading companies. They can and must be developed by anyone, not just the talented few, with consistent, conscious practice.

Come join us at the Leadership Dialogue Series and hear Mr. Hsieh Tsun-yan share his thoughts on being a leader. Get started early to be ahead.

Associate Professor Daniel McAllister, from the Department of Management and Organisation will be the moderator for the Q&A session.
