ABOUT ME

I am an Assistant Professor at the National University of Singapore Business School. My research interests lie at the intersection of organizational behavior, decision-making, and cultural psychology, with a particular focus on how people’s mindsets impact important outcomes. My recent research has investigated the de-biasing effects of a decision-making mindset, the inequality-exacerbating consequences of a choice mindset, and the cultural-competency benefits of an implicit learning mindset.
