ABOUT ME

I am an Assistant Professor at the National University of Singapore Business School. My research interests lie at the intersection of organizational behavior, decision-making, and cultural psychology, with a particular focus on how people’s mindsets impact important outcomes. My recent research has investigated how leading people to view their actions as decisions can help them with time-management, how people’s beliefs about intellectual potential influence their support for basic employee benefits, and how cultural adaptation best occurs by exposing oneself to the new culture rather than consciously trying to figure it out. Please see my CV for publications and additional information.

My research has been featured in numerous media outlets, including Forbes, Smart Money, Scientific American, Boston Globe, Huffington Post, and Times of India.
