• A Full-time 2 year programme OR a Part-time 3-year programme (Full-time PKU, Part-time NUS)
• For the full-time programme, the minimum period of candidature is 2 years and maximum period of candidature is 4 years.
• For the part-time programme (i.e. full-time PKU and part-time NUS), it is typically a 3-year programme. The maximum period of candidature is 5 years.
• Courses will be conducted in English though students have the option of picking up additional Chinese electives. The course can be completed in English & Chinese or wholly in English.
• Students are required to complete a thesis/Advanced Study Project (ASP) to be submitted to PKU. This can be written in English or in Chinese. Thesis Defence can also be in English or in Chinese. A copy of the thesis has to be submitted to NUS for our records.

2. Part-Time Programme (FT PKU, PT NUS)

Students who choose to take this schedule will do the NUS MBA as a part time student but still has to complete the PKU MBA in Beijing full time over 2 semesters.

Students can either choose to

• start with this Double Degree programme, completing Semester 1 & 2 in PKU, before embarking on the NUS MBA as a part time student
  
  OR
  
• spend the first few semesters in NUS taking modules that can be mapped over to the NUS MBA Double Degree with PKU programme, and then following the programme structure of spending the stipulated semesters in PKU.

The NUS MBA students who wish to convert from the NUS MBA Programme to the NUS MBA Double DEgree with PKU Programme must contact the NUS MBA Office as early into their programme as possible. Conversion into the Double Degree programme will only be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Candidates may need to take additional core modules that are not exempted to make up for the award of the PKU MBA degree. Candidates who are already into their final semesters and have taken more MBA modules from NUS will be billed proportionately.
