One of the special features of the NUS MBA Double Degree with PKU is that it is conducted in Singapore and Beijing, hence enabling students to have indigenous business knowledge of the region, in particular, China. To equip students with cutting edge management knowledge yet providing sufficient flexibility to allow students to develop their areas of interests, full time students will spend two semesters in PKU and two semesters in NUS.
Company visits are organised as part of our efforts to develop and enhance the students' understanding and working knowledge of the operational aspect of the business environments.
An interactive scheme, the Mentor Network Program is set up with the objectives of helping international students new to NUS and Singapore or PKU and Beijing,
- to adjust and feel comfortable in Singapore (Beijing) by learning more about the local culture and its people;
- to provide an avenue for the students to address their concerns, and anxieties about university and Singapore (Beijing) life through the development of strong contacts, rapport and trust with the mentors.
- to provide a wonderful opportunity for cultural exchange and friendship between the mentors and their students.
