MBA students may register for electives from other faculties within NUS. Students who wish to take cross faculty electives should complete the cross faculty application form and submit it to MBA office. Students are allowed up to 2 cross faculty modules in the program*. Final approval for admission to the module/s is/are given by the faculty offering the module. Students should contact the respective cross faculties to inquire about the modules and schedules.

Department of Epidemiology and Public Health
The Master of Public Health program seeks to equip suitable health professionals to assume leadership and administrative roles in Public Health, Health Administration, Occupational Medicine, Clinical and Health Services Research. Division of Engineering & Technology Management
The purpose of an Engineering and Technology (ETM) education programme is to train engineers who wish to receive formal management education for their professional work in engineering, manufacturing, research and development (R&D) or technology commercialisation. The purpose of a companion ETM research programme is to provide thought leadership in ETM areas such as Technology Strategy, Innovation Strategy, R&D Management, complex project management, Intellectual Property Management, etc, and during the research process train PhD level graduates and create local case-studies which could be used to enhance the education programmes.

The NUS Business School (MBA Programs) will be charging a nominal fee of S$2500 per MBA module for all cross faculty students pursuing the MBA modules.
Please note that students MUST satisfy a number of pre-requisites including a good GMAT score, at least two years of work experience, TOEFL etc. Students who wish to enroll in the MBA modules MUST meet program and module pre-requisites, to maintain the MBA standards.
CFM Policy
- Must be a graduate student
- Non-MBA students must have at least two years of relevant work experience
- No waiver of MBA module pre-requisites
- CFM students cannot attend FM classes
- No admissions by faculty, only by the MBA Office
- CFM students are not allowed to audit MBA modules
- A reasonable GMAT or GRE score (to be introduced from August 2008)
- Fee of S$2500 per MBA module
- No more than 8 MCs of MBA modules per student. Students who achieve a CAP of at least 4.0 in their programs may be allowed to enroll for a maximum of 16 MCs
The last 3 conditions would not apply to students from the School of Public Policy and non-MBA students who wish to read BMA5115 Management of Technological Innovation and BMA5108 Technopreneurship
Please note that BMA5108 Technopreneurship in AY2008/2009 Special Term 2 is not open for cross faculty module application.
Billing of CFM procedures (by home department)
- Once MBA Office approves the CFM application;
- S$2500 to be collected from the student;
- Home department to register the module
There will be no distinction between "regular" term and "special" term - the home departments will collect the payments from the students directly.
If a student is on any scholarships, the responsibility lies with the student to obtain the approval from his Scholarship body, if prior-approval is required. Scholarship students will be subjected to the stated criteria for registration, and they can only be registered upon approval and collection of fees.

- CFM policies are met before submitting the application to MBA Office
- Ensure relevant documentation (ie GMAT result, transcript, resume) submitted with the CFM application
- CFM applications to be submitted to MBA Office by the end of the first week of the semester.
- We will not accept any late or uncomplete applications after the specified deadline as to better faciltiate the high volume of applications.
