Finance Asst Professor Zhang Weina's paper was chosen, among 350 papers, for the second prize of 'Best Paper Award' at the Global Chinese Real Estate Congress (GCREC) Annual Conference, held from 20-22 August 2009 in Beijing, China.   

Marketing Asst Professor Chu Junhong’s article was awarded ‘Best Academic Article’ in Marketing published in 2008 by the Spanish Marketing Association (AEMARK).
