Programme Schedule

Full time MBA Programme

The full time NUS MBA is a 12-month or 17-month MBA, with students personalising their MBA programme to suit their interests and needs.

All students will be assigned to fixed cohorts and core modules in their first semester. In all subsequent semesters, students will be provided the flexibility to customize their program to fit their own preferred pace and specialization.

Students in the 17-month programme will participate in extended internships and a semester-long overseas exchange programme, and have access to many other options.

Students in the 12-month accelerated MBA programme will follow an intensive curriculum-driven schedule, whereby students will need to complete all modules in the NUS Business School, Singapore campus. The accelerated 12-month NUS MBA is designed to enhance each applicant's current industry and career trajectory. Due to the intense nature of this programme, the student will have to forego internship and student exchange options available in the regular 17-month option. Applicants for the accelerated MBA are also required to have a minimum of 5 years work experience. Applicants interested in this accelerated MBA option will be required to state the same in The NUS MBA application form, and if successfully chosen, will be required to adhere to this during the period of study.

Class Timings:

Morning Session 9:00 AM - 12.00 noon
Afternoon Session 12.00 - 3.00 PM and 3.00 PM - 6.00 PM

Students in the Full-time MBA may also enroll in elective modules offered in the part-time MBA, which are usually offered in the evenings from 6.00 PM to 9.00 PM

Part time MBA Programme

For working adults, The NUS MBA can also be completed on a part time basis. The part-time NUS MBA programme allows dedicated managers and professionals to upgrade their managerial skills and pursue further professional growth opportunities. Moreover, their work environment offers them a vantage point from which to observe business theories in action and context in which skills learned in class may be applied.

Giving the working professional the flexibility in planning his time and pace of study, part time students can complete the programme in as short as 24 months to a maximum of 72 months. On average, part-time students complete the programme in 30 months.

Classes will be conducted during weekday evenings, or weekends. Part time students are also given complete access to all resources and activities as full time MBA students. The part time MBA programme is open to Singaporeans, Singapore permanent residents and foreigners working in Singapore.

Class Timings: Classes are conducted in the evening, generally from 6.00 PM to 9.00 PM and on weekends.
