Concurrent BBA(Hons) + MSc(Mgt) [+ MIM] Programmes
Our Master of Science (Management), MSc(Mgt), programme welcomes verbally strong NUS undergraduates to mingle with our MBA and PhD students. Scholarships are available from the NUS Business School.
Our BBA is NUS' leadership and management talent programme. BBA Honours programme students who are admitted into the MSc(Mgt) programme need to take 32 modular credits (i.e. 8 modules) over and above the BBA Honors Programme requirements of 160 modular credits to fulfil the MSc(Mgt) programme requirements. That is, they need to spend just 1 more year to complete the master's programme requirements. The MSc(Mgt) is regarded by some as a mini analytic MBA.
MSc(Mgt) is available to undergraduates from all NUS faculties and departments as a Concurrent programme. An admitted student completes the MSc(Mgt) programme together with the last half of his/her undergraduate programme, and will be awarded two separate degree scrolls with the same conferment date. Superior applicants to the BBA may apply for the MSc(Mgt) at the same time; successful applicants will then be offered admissions to both the BBA and MSc(Mgt) at the same time. Such students need to perform well in the GMAT and pass an interview before taking graduate modules.
MSc(Mgt) students who are prepared to extend their study may be selected for one year of overseas internship with a high-technology start-up company through NUS Overseas Colleges (NOC) in Bangalore.
Students in the MSc(Mgt) programme may leave the programme at any time by informing the BBA Office of their decisions.

BBA(H) & Dual Masters (MSc+MIM) Programmes
MSc(Mgt) students may be further selected to participate in the European Master's in International Management (MIM) programme, thus gaining 2 masters degrees (NUS MSc(Mgt) and CEMS MIM) with 1.5 years more than for an NUS Honours degree (and about 0.5 year more than for Hons+MSc(Mgt)). Triple-degree graduates would then be plugged into the prestigious CEMS MIM pan-European network.
A pre-experience degree like MIM, as opposed to a post-experience MBA, is often the terminal qualification before a young professional launches into a career in Europe and elsewhere.
Since MIM starts in August, students may proceed to Europe immediately after their Honours year, before returning to complete the MSc(Mgt) program in one semester (typically 5 MBA modules), thus taking a total of 5.5 years. Alternatively, students may accelerate and finish their BBA(Hons) and MBA modules in 4 years, or go slow and finish the two degrees in 5 years, and then spend 1 year in Europe, thus taking 5 or 6 years in total. NUS Business School offers scholarships for the CEMS MIM program. Please visit our CEMS MIM page for further details.
